Role Overview:

Our firm is looking for a skilled private client solicitor to join our thriving Private Client department in Tenterden. The role involves handling a diverse range of private client matters. Applicants should possess expertise and familiarity with the following areas:

• Estate and Care Fees Planning
• Drafting and Writing Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Trusts and their Administration
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments
• Charitable Trusts
• Deputyship

While STEP qualification is desirable it is not mandatory. We support career development and are open to considering candidates currently pursuing STEP qualifications.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in private client law particularly concerning wills trusts estates and taxrelated issues. The ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal oversight is crucial. Given the demanding nature of the role strong organizational skills initiative and the capacity to meet deadlines are essential. Additionally candidates should exhibit excellent client interaction skills a professional appearance and robust technical competence.
