Role

We are looking for a skilled private client solicitor to join our dynamic Private Client department in Gravesend. This position involves handling a wide range of private client matters. The ideal candidate will have expertise and knowledge in the following areas:

• Estate and Care Fees Planning
• Wills and Will Drafting
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection
• Trusts and Trust Management
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments
• Charities
• Deputyship

While a STEP qualification is advantageous it is not mandatory. We support career growth and encourage candidates pursuing STEP qualifications to apply.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in private client law particularly in managing wills trusts estates and taxrelated issues. They must be capable of independently handling a caseload with minimal oversight. Given the demanding nature of the role strong organizational skills initiative and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Additionally candidates should demonstrate excellent client interaction skills a professional appearance and strong technical capabilities.
