About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join our thriving Private Client team in Gravesend. This dynamic position encompasses a wide range of private client work. Ideal candidates will have experience and expertise in:

• Estate and Care Fees Planning
• Drafting Wills and Will Writing
• Managing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Navigating the Court of Protection
• Trusts and Trust Administration
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments
• Charitable Giving
• Deputyship

While STEP qualification is preferred it is not mandatory. We support career development and encourage candidates working towards STEP accreditation to apply.

Candidate Requirements: Successful candidates will possess strong knowledge in private client matters particularly in wills trusts estates and tax issues. Applicants must be capable of handling their own caseloads with minimal supervision. Given the demanding nature of the role candidates must demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks use initiative and meet deadlines. A professional demeanour smart appearance and excellent technical skills are essential.
