Job Description

We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Porto office. You will be the primary contact for our Frenchspeaking customers offering exceptional support and solutions. This fully onsite role allows you to collaborate closely with a dynamic team in a cuttingedge facility. While previous customer service experience is a plus it is not required as we provide extensive training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls emails and live chats in French addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with questions about products and services billing inquiries technical support and general troubleshooting.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Work with team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in our database.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets including customer satisfaction response times and resolution rates.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about product changes company policies and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights feedback and innovative ideas for improving customer service processes.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French are essential.
  • CustomerFocused: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others and provide excellent service.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service call centers or a related field is beneficial but not required.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus.
