Job Description

A law firm specializing in wills trusts and estates is looking for a fulltime Paralegal with excellent organizational and communication skills to join our Richmond office and support attorneys with Probate and Trust administration. The Paralegal will also work from our other office as needed. This role involves handling various aspects of estate law that do not require a law degree and frequently entails significant client interaction through meetings phone calls and emails.

The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in probate accounting or estate administration. This role demands excellent time management skills both in personal workflow and in meeting deadlines. Additionally it requires consistent and reliable performance patience a strong desire to assist others (both clients and colleagues) exceptional listening skills and the ability to foster a stable and cooperative work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in estate administration and probate including cases where the attorney acted as the fiduciary or trustee.
  • Paralegal certificate from an accredited training program or a fouryear degree from a recognized institution.
