Description de la mission
The Analasyte optimisation des marchs de lnergie will be responsible for managing the procurement process within the energy sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the energy industry and its supply chain as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers evaluate their capabilities and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide guidance on procurement processes.
• Monitor supplier performance resolve any issues or disputes that may arise and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends regulations and best practices related to energy procurement.
• Analyze data related to purchasing activities identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities including contracts purchase orders invoices etc.

Tasks:

Develop procurement strategies :

• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers
• Evaluate supplier capabilities

Negotiate contracts :

• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Finalize contract agreements

Manage supplier relationships

Provide guidance on procurement processes :

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. project managers) to understand their requirements
• Advise on best practices for procuring goods/services in the energy sector

Stay informed about industry trends/regulations :

• Keep uptodate with changes in the energy industry (e.g. renewable energy policies)
• Understand relevant regulations impacting procurement activities

Analyze data related to purchasing activities :

• Collect data on purchasing volumes costs and supplier performance
• Identify areas for improvement and cost savings opportunities
• Implement appropriate solutions to optimize procurement processes

Maintain accurate records :

• Document all procurement activities (e.g. contracts purchase orders)
• Ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements

This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Acheteur Secteur de lnergie will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and costeffective procurement of goods and services within the energy sector.

Profil recherch
The ideal candidate for the permanent analyste optimisation des marchs de lnergie position at our costumer should possess a strong background in procurement within the energy sector.

The candidate should have excellent knowledge of PPAs and flexibility.
They should be able to identify costsaving opportunities and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in French and in English.

The candidate must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity. They should be proactive selfmotivated and able to work independently while also being a team player when necessary.
Flexibility is important for this role as it may require occasional travel within France or internationally.
