Job Description
- Creating and enhancing technical presentations to elucidate our company's products or services for customers.
- Engaging with customers and engineers to discuss equipment requirements and system specifications.
- Collaborating with sales teams to comprehend customer needs and offer sales assistance.
- Generating quality sales leads, following up post-initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and organizing deliveries.
- Researching, developing, and adapting products to meet customers' technical needs and requirements.
- Assisted customers experiencing issues with installed products and suggested enhanced or upgraded materials and equipment.
- Soliciting and recording client feedback and analyzing the data to devise new sales and marketing strategies targeting customers.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate these concerns, along with potential solutions, to upper management.
- Establishing and achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Training other sales team members on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
- Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline, updated weekly.
- Utilizing the CRM system.
