Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Advisor for a prominent global home furnishings retailer you will serve as a key brand ambassador and the first point of contact for customers. Your role involves assisting customers through various digital channels providing product information resolving delivery issues troubleshooting account concerns and ensuring accurate responses to inquiries while diligently maintaining records of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers in your role as a Customer Support Advisor.

Requirements:

• Native German
• B2/C1 proficiency in English
