Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures aligned with ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and BRCGS issue 6 standards
- Oversee daily quality control operations, including inspection of raw materials, in-process checks, and final product evaluation
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations
- Manage and analyze quality data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement
- Lead root cause analysis for quality-related problems and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency
- Develop and deliver quality control training programs for staff at all levels
- Prepare detailed weekly reports for upper management, highlighting key quality metrics, issues, and improvement initiatives
- Manage relationships with external auditors and certification bodies
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging quality control technologies
