- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist executives in decision-making processes.
- Manage office supplies and equipment for the executive office.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by executives.
