Intellectual Property Lawyer

We are currently seeking experienced lawyers with expertise in Intellectual Property rights to work remotely within the EU. The ideal candidate must hold qualifications in EUIPO trademarks and design representation and have more than 5 years of relevant experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in business discussions to streamline business logic and develop comprehensive business compliance plans providing ongoing legal support.
• Support the headquarters in advancing EU intellectual property cases ensuring compliance with EUIPO regulations and demonstrating the ability to operate independently.
• Contribute to the promotion and management of German intellectual property compliance facilitating selfoperation and adherence to local regulations.
• Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of intellectual property rights.
• Expertise in German intellectual property law and practical experience
• Must hold qualifications in EUIPO trademarks and design representation
