Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of HVAC mechanicals controls and boiler sales offering a range of services including upgrades and ongoing maintenance. They are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to their customers. The company is currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team and be based in Bend Oregon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at building relationships and driving sales growth.

The Senior Account Manager will play a critical role in managing customer communications handling sales and service calls and overseeing projects from inception to completion. This position requires a proactive and independent approach to business development utilizing networking trade shows and referrals to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing estimates and proposals ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales to exceed company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide effective HVAC solutions.
  • Handle new sales manage warranty issues and conduct service meetings and calls.
  • Oversee new and ongoing projects ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong customer relationships anticipating future needs.
  • Generate new business through networking trade shows referrals and other methods.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and proposals and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction from order to delivery and commissioning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently in Bend Oregon with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on detail and quality.
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Experience in business development and customer relationship management.
