Job Description

Our clients company is an esteemed supplier of lifting rigging crane and marine project equipment including winches sectional barges wire rope rigging and decking gear. With an impressive 88year history and a solid reputation for excellence they are based in Seattle and have played a pivotal role in significant projects like the repair of the West Seattle Bridge. They are now looking to expand their team by adding a dedicated Inside Sales Representative who will contribute to the companys growth and modernization efforts.

The Inside Sales Representative will focus on selling heavy lifting equipment wire rope rigging winches and other essential products used primarily in the marine timber and construction industries. This position offers the opportunity to earn bonuses on a compounding scale providing a lucrative and rewarding career path. As part of the role youll also collaborate closely with invoicing fabrication and other teams enhancing your skillset and preparing for potential promotion into outside sales or operations over the next 510 years.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inside sales of heavy lifting equipment wire rope rigging winches and related products.
  • Engage with clients from the marine timber and construction industries providing consultative solutions.
  • Collaborate with invoicing fabrication and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong customer relationships by offering expert advice and tailored solutions.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and earning bonuses on a compounding scale.
  • Maintain uptodate product knowledge and industry trends to effectively meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in wire rope or the rigging industry with a strong understanding of related products.
  • Ability to perform inside sales in a consultative manner identifying and solving customer problems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building longterm customer relationships.
  • Strong teamwork skills coordinating effectively with different departments within the company.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a desire to grow into outside sales or operations roles.
