Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • To assist and provide high level confidential support to CEOs personal & business matters by providing a full secretarial and administrative service.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking monitoring and prioritizing tasks.
  • Plan organize extensive travel and accommodation when required from scratch independently.
  • Conduct research on behalf perform personal shopping and run errands independently.
  • Able to follow up on incoming issues handle matters expeditiously and follow through on tasks to successful completion.
  • Attending to CEOs personal matters and general errands which includes banking matters claims credit card payments end financier instalments gift deliveries travel arrangement etc.
  • To proactively manage and coordinate CEOs electronic and manual diary by prioritizing and arranging appointments and relocation as necessary.
  • Assist with Household matters such as maids drivers billings and upkeep & maintenance of cars and properties.
  • Undertake special assignments adhoc functions and related duties as assigned by Superior independently.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 58 years working experience in related in Secretary / PA position.
  • Possess a positive attitude and able to work extremely independently with minimum supervision.
  • Have experience in Corporate matters and working in a PLC.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities competing tasks and demands with tight deadlines.
  • Have common sense and able to make good judgement and recommend more effective ways to run CEOs office and swiftly troubleshoot issues.
  • Proactive quick flexible adaptability dependable independent highly organized resourceful team player with a strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn.
  • Sensitive and attention to details with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience in information finding or research using reliable resources.
  • Have wide experience other than just administrative experience.
  • Strong administrative planning and organizational skills with professional direction that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to details.
  • Futureoriented thinker who actively seeks for opportunities and makes good recommendations along with strong implementation.
  • Have working knowledge of presentation software packages preferably Microsoft Office Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Flexible to stay back or standby during weekend when needs assistance.
