Autonomy Staffing is a leading staffing agency in Charleston SC committed to connecting talented individuals with top companies in the area. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team and work at one of our clients distribution centers.

Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Worker you will be responsible for various tasks involved in the receiving storage and shipping of products. Your duties will include handling inventory preparing orders and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Load and unload trucks ensuring accurate receipt and shipment of goods.
• Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies or damage.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
