Therapist Part Time To Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our practice. This is a parttime independent contractor position with the potential to transition into a fulltime role. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of clinical supervision experience and be comfortable providing inperson and online psychotherapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions in person and online.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques including traumainformed care addiction counseling psychodynamic psychotherapy somatic therapy and attachment theory.
• Participate in weekly supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Valid LCSW LCPC LSW or LPC license.
• Minimum of one year of clinical supervision experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• You will be compensated with a split fee that ranges from $4565 per hour per client.
• Weekly supervision to support clinical growth and development.
