Job Description
- Managing day to day all GL accounting & ad-docs activities.
- Responsible for submitting all GAAP reporting requirement for US head office.
- Review the Standard Cost vs Actual and analyze the monthly changes.
- Review all markup and PPV accounting and reconciliations.
- Review accounting mapping between IScala to HFM consolidation system.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations assuring complex schedules are matched with Ecolab policy.
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners in reviewing GP & OI during month end closing.
- Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
- Assist in financial statements preparation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual management reports.
- Assist with Internal & External audit requests.
- Collaborate with Tax advisor to cover (VAT, WHT & CIT).
- Reviewing Fixed Assets additions & depreciation.
- Monitor day to day cash management issues and liaise with banks when required.
