Job Description:

Position Overview: The EntryLevel Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills creativity and a keen interest in learning about various aspects of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate content for social media platforms blogs newsletters and other marketing materials.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions and engage with the online community.
• Support the organization and execution of events trade shows and promotional activities.
• Help with the preparation of marketing reports and presentations by collecting and analyzing data.
• Maintain and update the marketing database ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings organizing files and managing marketing inventory.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn) and basic knowledge of digital marketing.
