MEMBER SERVICES / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Permanent)
Our client a rapidly growing Pharmaceutical organization is seeking Member Service Representatives to join their team. This opportunity has a minimum of eight weeks inperson training and then becomes fully remote. This is an excellent opportunity with room for growth and a great worklife balance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high levels of customer service during inbound phone calls from potential customers
- Gather information and enroll qualified members into a copay assistance program
- Provide all necessary information to guide members through the entire process
- Assist members by answering any questions they may have regarding the copay assistance program
- Learn the ins & outs of insurance plans in order to provide a supportive environment for members
- Work well independently as well as part of a remote team
- Complete special projects in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full time direct hire; standard 40hour work week
- Fully remote after initial minimum 8week inperson training period
- Must be available to work 3 evening shifts/week until 8:00 or 9:00PM
- $18.00 $21.00/hour depending on experience quarterly bonus potential potential 90day pay rate increase

- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 years relative customer service or call center experience
- Stable employment history
- High level of professionalism as well regularly interact with management/leadership team as well as executive team
- Strong computer skills
