Job Description
- System Configuration and Maintenance
- Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to: user setup, profiles and roles, custom objects, new fields, page layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure data visibility and business intelligence.
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and validation, including data cleansing.
- User Support and Training
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective use of the platform.
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation for users and administrators.
- System Enhancement
- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements, processes, and objectives to scope projects and deliverables.
- Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and functionalities to optimize platform efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
- Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry standards.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and product updates, and advocate for their implementation within the organization.
- Project Management
- Lead and manage projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and resources, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage project progress.
