Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage operations at our Budget Hotel in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant activities ensuring exceptional guest experiences and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management inventory control and financial performance.

• Ensure high standards of food quality and service.

• Train and mentor staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and optimize customer satisfaction.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Monitor and manage budgets forecasts and profitability.

• Address guest feedback and resolve any issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management preferably in a hotel environment.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
