Job Description
Educational Qualifications:
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Skills and Knowledge:
Good understanding of operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
Knowledge of networking basics and protocols such as TCP/IP and DNS.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software.
Skills in using technical support ticket management tools and remote assistance programs.
Ability to communicate effectively with users and provide clear technical solutions.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage response times and resolve issues effectively.
