Job Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Design and deliver safety training programs to ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to HSE policies and procedures.
