The ideal candidate will assist in managing and enhancing our social media presence across various platforms engaging with our audience and driving brand awareness. This role involves creating compelling content monitoring social media channels and analyzing performance metrics to support our overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Posting: Schedule and post content using social media management tools ensuring consistency and optimal timing for audience engagement.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments messages and mentions promptly and professionally to foster a positive community and add value to user interactions.
- Campaign Support: Support social media campaigns by contributing creative ideas assisting in execution and ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and goals.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends tools applications and best practices and report on relevant trends to the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining content calendars organizing digital assets and coordinating with influencers or brand ambassadors.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn TikTok etc.)
