Job Description
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures primarily focused on transportation providers,
•Organize the shipping plan according with the orders, plants limitations and truck availability,
•Serve as the daily point of contact for inside sales and transportation providers to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure:
•Daily control for all orders delivery by containers in plant
•Interact with multiple levels and functions within the organization (Sales, WH, Scheduling, suppliers, FP&A),
•Preparation all documentation needed,
•Providing improvement processes feedback
