Job Description
Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location: Long Beach CA
Duration: 36 Months
Client: The California State University (CSU)

Job Description:
Expert Consultation: Offer specialized knowledge and recommendations on specific area or field supporting decisionmaking and strategy development.
Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver training sessions presentations and documentation to educate and inform team members and stakeholders.
Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes.
Project Support: Collaborate on projects providing expert input and guidance to ensure alignment with industry best practices and standards.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation including process guidelines best practices and technical manuals.
Quality Assurance: Assess and ensure that processes and deliverables meet highquality standards and adhere to established guidelines.
Problem Solving: Address complex issues and provide innovative solutions based on deep expertise and industry knowledge.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to processes systems or methodologies to enhance overall effectiveness.

Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI For data visualization and analysis.
Jira For tracking issues managing projects and agile development
Git/GitHub/GitLab For version control and collaborative software development.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in relevant field required; Master s degree or higher preferred.
Experience: 5 years of relevent experience.
