Customer Service rep Palm Beach Gardens

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to service and professionalism. This position offers the unique opportunity to be a part of a growthfocused agency. Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to clients answer inquiries and contribute to our teamoriented collaborative environment in a small but vibrant office setting.

• Service all inbound client inquiries for new and/or existing clients including Payments Renewals Cancellations Endorsements and Rewrites.
  
• Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes.
  
• Use exceptional relationshipbuilding skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
  
• Followup on leads generated from inbound calls and nonrenewal leads
  
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and upsell opportunity including financial products.
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions especially if quoting or rewriting.
  
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions changes billing and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI ID cards etc.)
  
• Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
  

• Must have Florida 440 License. 220 License is a BONUS.
  
• 1 year in insurance industry is Required.
