Licensed Insurance Assistant Sales Manager Benefits:

Licensed Insurance Assistant Sales Manager Requirements:

Property and Casualty Insurance license required

1 year Property & Casualty insurance industry experience required

Must have a means of transportation to the office in Palm Beach Gardens FL

Bilingual English/Spanish speaking a plus

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Selfmotivated

Proactive in problem solving

Ability to make presentations to potential customers

Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities:

Coordinate agency prospecting through direct mail company prospecting programs and Personal Insurance Reviews.

Understand products procedures and best practices for promoting policy growth and retention

Schedule/confirm appointments to offer Insurance Products ( Home Auto Life)

Achieve individual production goals as established by agent
Health Benefits offered etc..

This is a 95 MondayFriday No weekends
