Job Description
We are seeking an entry level Customer Service/Receptionist to become a part of our organization! You will investigate analyze and determine the extent of the organizations liability in various claims.
Responsibilities:
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing photocopying collating faxing etc.
Serve visitors by greeting welcoming directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Requirements
Proven working experience in similar roles
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Professional appearance
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize multitask prioritize and work under pressure
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining or related field preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC machine operation and programming. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of CNC software and programming languages (e.g., G-code). Familiarity with precision measuring tools, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Physical ability to lift and move materials and stand for extended periods.
