Call Center Agent for Appliance Repair Company
Work hours: 8am to 7pm Pacific Time 7 days a week (as part of a roster being 40 hours)

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking appliance repair services
- Schedule repair appointments using Housecall Pro CRM
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries professionally
- Manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality of service
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer information in the CRM system
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and can learn Housecall Pro CRM
- Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
