Job Description

This is a remote position.

Call Center Agent for Appliance Repair Company

Work hours: 8am to 7pm Pacific Time 7 days a week (as part of a roster being 40 hours)

Candidatefacing description: Are you ready to be the voice of a thriving appliance repair company We re seeking enthusiastic call center agents to join our team. In this role you ll be the first point of contact for customers needing expert appliance repair services. You ll handle inbound calls schedule appointments and ensure our customers receive topnotch service from the moment they reach out. If you re passionate about customer service and have a knack for organization this could be your perfect opportunity to shine!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers seeking appliance repair services
  • Schedule repair appointments using Housecall Pro CRM
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries professionally
  • Manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality of service
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer information in the CRM system


Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and can learn Housecall Pro CRM
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal

Scopes:

  • Fulltime position
  • Work hours: 8am to 7pm Pacific Time
  • Remote work opportunity
