As a Senior Scrum Master you will:

• Lead daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile principles and practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Implement and uphold SAFe practices ensuring the team adheres to these guidelines.
  
• Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder team progress ensuring a smooth workflow.
  
• Work effectively in a multilocation (offshore/onshore) setup ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  
• Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders providing updates and feedback as necessary.
  
• Track and report on team performance metrics using these insights to drive continuous improvement.
  
• Assist in integrating various disciplines within the team ensuring a cohesive and productive working environment.
  
• Lead and support change initiatives to improve processes and team efficiency.
  
• Mediate and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a healthy and productive working environment.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science Electronics or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Agile Way of Working.
  
• Minimum of 8 years as a Scrum Master.
  
• Working knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  
• Certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a must.
  
• Background in software engineering is preferred.
  
• Proven experience working in multicultural and multilocation environments.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
