Job Description

As a Senior Service Manager you will:
  • Deliver CIS services as outlined in the SLAs.
  • Manage Deployable CIS infrastructure and ensure system readiness per SLA.
  • Coordinate with service lines CSSC and FSP for quality engineering support.
  • Maintain DCIS Configuration Management for accurate asset tracking.
  • Conduct risk assessments address obsolescence and initiate NSIP projects.
  • Oversee Change Management plans and configuration baseline updates.
  • Support annual Operation and Maintenance budget development.
  • Update system documentation for operation maintenance and training.
  • Manage contractor resources and service acceptance.
  • Provide input for the Quarterly SLA report and SLA Change management process.
  • Support project managers during project phases.
  • Deputize for highergrade staff when needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelors degree in a related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience or 10 years of extensive related expertise.
  • ITIL Foundation and Intermediate Certifications in relevant areas.
  • Experience in IT services engineering planning operations maintenance and management.
  • Proven line management experience with motivational and mentoring skills.
  • Expertise in Configuration Management and Change Management processes.
  • Skills in contingency planning budget planning preparation and execution.
  • Experience managing smallscale CIS service implementation projects.
  • Proven success in team leadership and service management.
  • Familiarity with military telecommunications and information systems (VLF to Satellite EHF).
  • Member of a recognized professional body.
  • Experience in international military and civilian environments.
  • Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Write reports and deliver presentations effectively.
  • Stay updated with advances in Information Technology.
  • Lead and mentor a team successfully.
  • Exhibit strong business and managerial skills including risk management and project execution.
