Job Description

Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine material, labor, and overhead costs.
Bid Preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting competitive bids for construction projects. Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure all requirements are included in the bid.
Technical Analysis: Evaluate mechanical design and engineering details to assess cost implications. Provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions and value engineering options.
