We are seeking a talented HighLevel Support Agent to join our team! If you re passionate about delivering topnotch service fluent in English and excel at client and team interactions this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding calls to welcome new clients and set them up for success
- Provide exceptional support and training to clients ensuring they understand and can utilize our services effectively
- Customize workflows to optimize client efficiency and satisfaction
- Set up and manage Mailgun and Twilio configurations for clients
- Handle minor API and webhooks tasks using Zapier
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve client issues promptly
- Maintain a proactive approach to problemsolving with a keen eye for detail
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in handling onboarding calls and delivering highquality support and training to clients
- Strong expertise in workflow customization for improved efficiency
- Familiarity with Mailgun and Twilio setup and management
- Experience with Zapier including minor API and webhooks tasks
- Proactive problemsolver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for client satisfaction
