To expand our Customer Service Team we are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Rozenburg (near Schiphol).
As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for providing excellent care and service to our customers in the logistics sector. Therefore you act as the link between the various internal teams and suppliers.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers building excellent working relationships.
Handle customer requests promptly and efficiently.
Plan and organize transports and other logistics flows.
Escalate potential and/or unresolved issues in a timely manner.
Create various reports (including KPIs) on a daily weekly and monthly basis in accordance with requirements.
Proactively share information and insights with customers and internally with colleagues.
Identify and implement process improvements in consultation with the team.

A good mood and sense of humor to get through the workday with your colleagues.
Proficiency in Dutch and English.
Strong command of MS Office and a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Experience as a Customer Service Representative is required experience in logistics is a plus.
