Job Description
An incredible opportunity to join one of the Souths fastest growing and dynamic developers. Our client is a high growth developer expanding rapidly throughout the southEast the company are expanding their operations and are looking to recruit a seasoned professional in the residential property sector.
We are seeking a Commercial Director with extensive residential experience together with the commercial experience gained in a main contracting environment. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years experience at this level and be used to leading commercial teams both pre and post contract as well as having strong skills around CVR full P&L responsibility and working with regional and group board.
