Job Description: Human Resource Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes including identifying staffing needs designing job descriptions and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee relations including performance evaluations conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies.
- Design and implement employee training and development programs.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration.
- Manage employee payroll and HRIS systems.
- Work closely with department heads to address staffing needs and concerns.
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Handle employee complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions labor laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with employees and management.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience as HR Manager
- Experience in a diverse and fastpaced work environment.
- Proven success in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience in change management initiatives.
- Experience with performance management systems.
