Acting as program team leader, reviews user, technical and logistical requirements, identifies tasks, assigns and coordinates resources and creates/tracks project schedules. Ensures clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Establishes project roadmaps. Interprets business needs and oversees translation into technical plans.
Provides regular oversight over project plans.
Provides project reports (& other PM artefacts) and recommends adjustments. Makes resource adjustments to meet plans.
