Facility Management Technician

Maintenance and Repair:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls for repairs and adjustments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with MEP systems and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Inspections and Testing:

• Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Test system performance and functionality, documenting findings and actions taken.

Installation and Upgrades:

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and upgrading of MEP systems and components.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors during installation and renovation projects.

Preventive Maintenance:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of MEP systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Inventory and Documentation:

• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Customer Service:

• Interact with tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide clear explanations of maintenance activities and system performance.
