Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detailoriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting a variety of data into our database systems ensuring data integrity and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into database systems and ensure the accuracy of data.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
- Assist with other administrative tasks such as filing scanning and organizing documents.
- Communicate with team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed on time.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and report any inconsistencies.
- Stay updated on new data entry technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
