Alternative Investment Support Associate

• Prioritise and complete tasks that ensure funds are accurately priced for each valuation point for a portfolio of private equity funds and hedge funds
  
• Responsible for the execution of capital calls and distributions
  
• Preparation and review of financial statements for company investment structures
  
• Maintaining relationships with Private Equity Firms and Life Assurance Companies
  
• Ownership of timely resolution of client/investor queries
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in fund administration Private Equity or alternative investment funds industry preferred
  
• Can demonstrate experience of internal controls procedures and interaction with internal audit implementing change and constantly creating efficiencies in operating model
  
• Must be a team player with the ability to network with coworkers but also have the ability to work independently and prioritise own workflows
  
• Demonstrates a willingness to own the full end to end servicing of a fund
  
• Excellent attention to detail speed & accuracy is a prerequisite for this role
