Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
Reason For Coverage: Supplemental
Coverage Period: ASAP Ongoing
Coverage Type: Clinical Call
Shift Schedule: MF (8a5p)
Call Schedule: 24hour call
2 weeks/month. 1 week at a time & shared with others in the system
Call Type: Beeper
Call Response Time: 30 min
Patient Volume: 2530
Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies and Intrathecal chemo
Support Staff: RNs MAs PA/NPs Office Staff
Equipment: Intellidose TxM
EMR: Cerner
Other Info:
Provider will need to outreach to another facility 2 days per week.
Radiation Oncology services available.
Hospital Privileges required: Yes
Temporary Privileges available: Yes
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active WI License or IMLC
BC/BE
BLS ACLS ATLS
