Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install maintain and repair production machines and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment including steam supply air supply refrigeration water supply air handling systems and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic/electrical components including 3phase 480V and low voltage 24VDC systems.
• Use various hand and power tools to complete tasks.
• Comply with OSHA safety and health rules.

Qualifications:

• 35 years of maintenance experience.
• 5:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Handson experience with chain/gearboxdriven systems.
• Knowledge of electrical welding and plumbing is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose problems and replace or repair parts.
• Must be able to read write and speak English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of dairy processing equipment and plant facilities.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to respond to changing needs and production demands.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions.
