Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and userfriendly web designs that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
• Design and optimize graphics for websites ensuring responsive and adaptive design across various devices and platforms.
• Conduct user research analyze user feedback and identify user needs to create effective design solutions.
• Develop user personas journey maps and flow diagrams to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure designs meet user requirements and business objectives.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and interaction.
• Maintain consistency in visual elements and behaviors across all digital platforms.
• Work closely with developers project managers and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and integrated digital experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web graphic design and UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and frameworks (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
• Having Videography skills is a plus
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing web design and UX/UI projects.
• Ability to create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for typography color and layout.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Problemsolving mindset with a focus on usercentric design.
