IT Support Technician

We are now looking for an experienced and hands on IT Support Technician to join our IT team in Gothenburg. The position is office based from our headquarter at Salsmstaregatan 21 Hisings Backa.

In the role of 1st & 2nd Line Technical Support you work in our Service Desk and receive incidents and service requests in our ITSM system as well as over the phone. You categorize prioritize troubleshoot and escalate issues to other teams when necessary. Additionally you document and create knowledge base articles actively contributing to being the Single Point of Contact for our internal customers. Your approach is serviceoriented composed attentive and accommodating. You have an interest willingness and ability to assist others and you strive to deliver solutions. Managing multiple activities simultaneously is something you find enjoyable and exciting. You collaborate effectively with others relating to them in a responsive and flexible manner. You listen communicate and resolve challenges in a constructive and sustainable way. You are clear and articulate demonstrating engagement in individual meetings whether in small or large groups. You are attentive and receptive to others adapting per the situation. Working towards goals is familiar to you and you emphasize achieving results. Your prioritization planning and actions are guided by a goal and resultsoriented mindset. Who are we looking for

We believe that you are a qualityconscious flexible and detailoriented individual who takes responsibility for your work assume responsibility for ontime and efficient service. You have a relevant education and 2 years of experience in tech support. You possess basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD) Office 365 and Exchange. You have experience with both hardware and software within PCs telephony and other IT components and we appreciate if you also have Azure/Cloud knowledge as well as experience in networking and Microsoft applications.

• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software within PCs telephony and other IT components.
• Basic Network (LAN/WAN) troubleshooting.
• 2years of experience in Tech Support.

Additional requirements:

• Experience in basic Active Directory and basic Azure Active Directory.
• MS Exchange is a plus
