Overview

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input and update technical data and information into the designated systems and databases
• Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of the entered technical data
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of technical data records and files
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information within the data
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and security standards during the data entry process
• Identify and report any data quality issues or inaccuracies to the relevant stakeholders
• Support the development and implementation of data entry best practices and procedures
• Perform regular data audits to maintain data accuracy and consistency
• Generate reports and summaries based on the entered technical data as required
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and data entry skills

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar position
• Demonstrated understanding of technical terminology and concepts
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in using data entry software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity
• Basic knowledge of data security and confidentiality principles
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate technical data issues clearly
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies
