• Analyzing how various marketing campaigns are performing.
• Building/implementing various statistics models to improve overall product offering and user experience.
• Working closely with internal teams to identify define collect and track key business metrics for products or business processes.
• Pulling data required from different data sources to conduct a business analysis build reports dashboards and metrics to monitor performance.
• Performing data analysis and creating dashboards as per defined KPIs.
• Driving change in tech/process backed by data.
• Monitoring and providing feedback loop during execution of various initiatives
• Conceptualizing user acquisition and retention model to predict the marketing efforts required to meet the targets.
• Analysing how the userbase has grown in specific cities over time and insights to replicate and fasten it in other places.
• Publishing & communicating weekly metrics to help teams take proactive actions.
• Analysing the funnels for various Organic channels and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities for generating efficiency & business impact through automation/data analytics
• Communication Skills: Moderate communication abilities.
• Computer Literacy: Familiarity with using computers.
• Typing Speed: Able to type at least 30 words per minute (WPM).
• Keyboard Shortcuts: Knowledge of keyboard shortcuts.
• Rotational Shifts: Willingness to work in different shifts (morning evening or night).
