• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement yard strategies aligned with the company s business objectives.
• Resource Management: Oversee the effective utilization of yard resources including manpower equipment and materials.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Safety Management: Establish and enforce stringent safety protocols conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all materials and equipment meet project specifications.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for efficient movement of materials and equipment.
• Team Management: Lead and develop a highperforming yard team providing necessary training and development opportunities.
• Cost Control: Monitor yard expenses identify costsaving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 1830 years of experience in yard management preferably in the EPC or oil & gas industry
• Proven track record in managing largescale projects
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Indepth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Proficiency in inventory management and logistics
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
