Sr blockchain developer - lead

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of blockchain systems and decentralized applications (DApps)
• Create and implement blockchain technology solutions using Solidity and other relevant technologies
• Conduct research on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in blockchain
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement blockchain technology roadmaps
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices
• Oversee the integration of blockchain solutions with existing systems
• Develop smart contracts and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design testing and documentation
• Stay updated with cryptocurrency and digital asset market trends and developments
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for blockchain systems
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
• Ensure the security and integrity of blockchain solutions
• Lead and mentor junior developers in blockchain technology
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in developing and implementing blockchain technology solutions
• Expertise in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum Hyperledger or Corda
• Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity
• Experience in decentralized application (DApp) development
• Indepth knowledge of cryptographic and consensus algorithms
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and digital asset technologies
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and distributed systems
• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and collaborative environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications in blockchain technology (e.g. Certified Blockchain Developer)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and version control systems
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects of blockchain technology
