We are looking for an Accounts Executive who will be taking charge of various daytoday accounting tasks for our Accounts & finance team.
Responsibilities
Handling Day to Day Working in Accounts
Generating and maintaining Sale & Purchase Invoicing daily. (Busy Accounting software)
Generate reports and manage invoice uploads on ecommerce panels.
Daily Return and Debit Note verification.
Verifying and entering Expense Entries daily.
Managing Payroll data on accounting software.
Handling Petty Cash Sheet.
Payment & Receipt Reconciliation.
Bank Reconciliation.
Sale Reconciliation Requires Excel knowledge.
Prepare and File indirect taxes such as GST TDS TCS etc.
Qualifications / Skills
Minimum 34 Years of experience
Proficient at using accounting software. (BUSY experience shall be given preference)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Job Location: Sector7 Noida Uttar Pradesh
Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Job Style: OnSite
